What is the difference between Serviced Offices and Co-Working Space?

Sometimes the difference can be quite subtle and most Shared Office Space operators offer both types of arrangement.

For Serviced Offices, tenants will be offered a dedicated office for their exclusive use, with a certain number of workstations. All other facilities are shared such as reception, meeting rooms, utility area, pantry etc.

Co-working Space leans more towards flexible hot-desking. Often a tenant can request a hybrid solution, with a smaller dedicated office plus a number of hot-desks nearby. So, the overall design for co-working operations is usually more open plan, but the costs of dedicated desks is usually similar.
