Our office space investment team is headed by Director, Edmund Goh, who has been very successful in the last 12 months acquiring office space for owner occupiers as long term investments. Recently Edmund has acted for amongst others, Schoeller Asia Properties who purchased a whole floor in Suntec City valued at close to $30 million, as well as Indofood Agri Resources who bought substantial space in the brand new development at Central @ Clarke Quay.
The office sales market is an important part of our business, but is far more challenging than the office leasing market because stock is much more limited. An in depth knowledge of the strata title market and a close working relationship with property owners is essential because most of the space for sale is often not placed on the open market.
Our database will cover leasehold and freehold units for sale either with vacant possession or subject to tenancies with sizes starting from 3,000 sq ft and above.
