Another mega scheme is slated for completion 2011/13, with the first tower North Tower (closest to MBFC) due for completion in the middle of 2011. The North Tower comprises a 43-storey office tower with an average floor plate of 30 -35,000 sq ft from level 6 upwards above a podium car park providing some 313 parking spaces.
The floors are a highly efficient square shape, column free with a central service core. The concept is that it comprises a series of 8 shafts around a central core with an articulated roof top and sky gardens allowing for a unique design. |

Designed by world-renowned architect Clarke Pelli, this scheme comprises a 43-storey office tower, providing a total of 850,000 sq ft of office space. The average floor plate is 23,000 sq ft with full height floor-to-ceiling windows. Raised flooring, knock-out panels, high-speed lifts and back-up generators will all be provided.
There will be a direct underground link to Raffles Place MRT station, as well as a dedicated car drop-off area on Collyer Quay. |

One Raffles Place

This scheme comprises a 38-storey extension to OUB Centre in a prime location in Raffles Place. A joint development by OUB Centre Ltd and United Overseas Bank, the new tower will provide a total of 350,000 sq ft of top quality office space. The building is designed by Paul Tange, son of Pritzer Prize laureate, Kenzo Tange who designed the original tower.
Average floor plate is 11,000 sq ft column free with floor to ceiling windows 2.8m floor to ceiling height. Car parking for 350 vehicles (shared with the whole scheme).

Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, the second phase of the
joint venture comprising Cheung Kong (Holdings), Hongkong Land and Keppel Land, has attracted key tenants like DBS Bank, who has leased approximately 700,000 square feet. It comprises a 46-storey office tower with efficient floor plates of approximately 29,000 square feet of prime Grade A office space. It will be the largest office tower in Singapore when it is completed in 2012, and includes two of the largest trading floors of 45,000 square feet in Singapore in the podium block.
