The company was founded by Douglas Dunkerley in 1998 and he now acts as the CEO & Group Managing Director based in Hong Kong. With over 28 years involvement in commercial property agency, he is one of the most experienced and senior negotiators in the regional market.  He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and one of the highest qualified in the market.

Douglas has spent 17 years in Singapore sourcing office space for local and multinational companies. He has worked through three complete property cycles since arriving in Singapore in 1993 and has been a well known figure in the commercial property market in Singapore for many years with over 350 cases negotiated.  Although now based in Hong Kong he will still cover key accounts in Singapore.

Since joining Corporate Locations in 2005, Edmund Goh has established himself as one of the most accomplished property professionals in the Singapore commercial property market in the last 10 years. Edmund has over 15 years of marketing experience and in the last 18 months he has acted for a wide range of local and multinational clients.

Edmund has acted for some of the world’s largest corporations to secure their new office space in Singapore and within the last 12 months has acted for Arcelor Mittal, Arinc Inc, Emirates (Airline), OKI Data, Peabody, BSI Bank and most recently Braemar Steege. Edmund is also in charge of the commercial investment team and has been particularly successful in the sale/ purchase of office space in locations like Central at Clarke Quay and Suntec City where he purchased space for several clients including Schoeller /Columbia Shipping. 

Clifton has 14 years experience in property agency and business development and is one of the most prolific agents in Corporate Locations, having sourced space for over 20 clients in the first half of 2010 alone.
