The company was founded by Douglas Dunkerley in 1998 and he remains its Managing Director. With over 25 years involvement in commercial property agency he is one of the most experienced and senior negotiators in the market. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and one of the highest qualified in the market.
He has spent the last 15 years in Singapore sourcing office space for local and multinational companies. He has worked through three complete property cycles since arriving in Singapore in 1993 with Knight Frank. He has been a well known figure in the commercial property market in Singapore for many years with over 300 cases negotiated and his expertise focusing solely on the office market is well recognized. |

Edmund Goh
Director
Since joining Corporate Locations in 2005 Edmund Goh has established himself as one of the most talented property professionals to enter the Singapore market in the last 10 years.
Edmund has over 15 years of marketing experience and in the last year alone he has acted for such esteemed clients as Sharp Electronics, Indofood, Siam Commercial Bank, McDonald’s, Lloyd Fonds, KIB Insurance, Wyeth Singapore, First Ship Lease and Privee Investments, Tourism New Zealand, Shipco, and Crescent Point. Edmund now heads the agency team of 8 senior negotiators. |

Yvonne Tan
Manager, Commercial Agency
Yvonne is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelors degree in engineering. She now uses her considerable ‘problem solving’ skills to find solutions to some of the most challenging office space requirements. Before joining Corporate Locations she gained a depth of experience in sales and marketing in other industries with companies such as Canon Singapore, GlaxoSmithKline and Nissan Motors.
Yvonne has been particularly successful in handling some of our larger accounts and this year alone has acquired substantial space for multinational companies such as Tomen Electronics (whole floor Burlington Square), InterCall (whole floor Tower 15) Mandom Corp (Great World City) and Stena Bulk (Suntec City). |
